How we work

STEP 1: assess your books.

If you’re just getting started we’ll set up your Quickbooks online account from scratch. If you’re an established business, we’ll look at your existing books and determine the best plan of action to get your books caught up and accurate so we can move forward.

Step 2: do the bookkeeping.

During the course of each month, we will import transactions directly from your bank, categorize them and reconcile your books to your bank statements. We’ll pay your bills, reach out to clients for payment and help with anything else you need!

Step 3: Review financial reports.

At the end of the month we’ll pull your financial reports so you can see your income, expenses and most importantly, so you an see how profitable your business really is!
